This complex blend of five barrels which used a high proportion of amber saison. This has brought nuanced layers of complexity comprising subtle golden syrup and bready malt as a counterpoint to the acidity and funky aged hop character and earthy minerality. It finishes with orange pith, soft bitterness and fruity funk.
