Balance Brewing & Blending - The French

5% ABV | 750ml

A collaboration with The French, a fine dining restaurant in Manchester.
Pouring a beautiful bright copper colour, this beer bursts with honey, bready malt and toffee apple notes. On the palate there's a fruity tartness that leads into marmalade on toast and soft woodiness. The complex golden malt character continues to develop and the beer finishes with refreshing acidity and dried orange peel.
