Chorus is an aged sour with blackberries, cherries and grape skins. Reminiscent of a country-style hedgerow wine, with beer aged on cherry juice, blackberries, and Dornfelder grape skins from Stanlake Park Wine Estate. Bursting with rich blackberry intensity, it shows red wine-like depth, a touch of cherry sweetness, and a vibrant jammy tartness. Flavours of apple and blackberry strudel, macerated berries, and summery sangria lead into vinous tannins
