Dolphin Brewery - Piccolo

5.3% ABV | 330ml

This apple, elderflower and ginger sour is fresh, light and elegant, with an appley crispness from the addition of Jonagold juice from Townsend Farm in Herefordshire. Foraged elderflowers add floral freshness, with the inclusion of ginger providing a welcoming back note of spice. Bright and spritzy with notes of hedgerow blossom, lemon zest and white pepper.
