Dolphin Brewery - Rhythm

7% ABV | 330ml 

Rhythm is an aged sour with elderberries and grape skins. It has been aged on Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Seyval Blanc grape skins from Stanlake Park Wine Estate. Foraged elderberries, picked locally, were added alongside the grape skins to add richness and depth, and to accentuate the fruit character. The result is a robust, well-structured beer with earthy, oaky notes and pleasing tannins on the finish.
