Dolphin Brewery - Sonnet

6.5% ABV | 330ml

This sour has a subtle white wine character, having been conditioned on Madeleine Angevine grape skins kindly provided by Stanlake Park Wine Estate. The grape skins add tannins, grassiness and a delicate vinous character, with floral and fruity notes amplified by British apricots and locally foraged elderflowers. Light and dry, with a delicate acidity and notes of hay, honeysuckle and ripe orchard fruits.
