Dry Hopped Grisette

Brewed in early 2022, this grisette was brewed with a mix of lager & wheat malt & was aged in oak for 7 months with our mixed culture before packaging. Dry hopped in September 2022 with both our own grown wet Cascade & Chinook hops from the 2022 harvest, the beer is light, with a touch of funk & a classic tart, dry finish.
