Instead of using just the skins in this small batch blend, we used whole Pinot Noir grapes that we are lucky to grow and harvest from our own back garden! 6kg of whole fruit was added to a blending tank with a single barrel of Pinot barrel aged golden sour, brewed in June 2020, and left to referment. The finishing beer is a true hybrid of sour beer and wine with a fresh pinot zing and classic dry finish.
