Jenever Barrel Aged Flanders Red

Brewed in collaboration with Homeland Brewery in Amsterdam, this Flanders Red-inspired sour is the second part of a two way collaboration. A four-month-old blend from their Flanders Red stock was aged it for around 10 months in two Jenever barrels, kindly sourced by Homeland. Jenever is a traditional Dutch spirit made with juniper.

The result is complex and aromatic, with balsamic and floral notes alongside blackberry, juniper and oak.
