Made from a cocktail of perry pear varietals: Gin, Brandy, Hellens Early, Red Longdon, Blakeney Red and Winnalls Longdon from orchards in Ocle Pychard and Preston Wynne in Herefordshire.

Spontaneously fermented by the wild yeasts, the perry was then matured and finished in french oak white wine barrels from France and American oak rum barrels from Barbados and Jamaica.
