Stupid Sexy Port Barrel

Brewed in June 2020 with a blend of organic barley, wheat and chocolate malt, this dark ale was put straight into a fresh ruby port barrel and left to age for just over 3 years before packaging. Fermented with only our house yeast, it has developed a lovely rich fruity character with big cherry and chocolate flavours reminiscent of a Belgian Flanders Red style ale with a classic LEP dry finish.
